Overview
Following the launch of MindJob, an AI-driven platform, users were eager to see how it would revolutionize job searches and interview preparation.
I guided the full design strategy of the site experience, focusing on seamless navigation for users tackling interview prep, technical tests, and résumé enhancement.
The platform’s debut was met with great feedback from both users and career advisors, facilitating thousands of personalized job matches and prepping candidates for their next big career move.

A chance to make a lasting impression.
The goal was clear
Create a platform that not only helped me find the right job, but also made the entire process effortless and user-friendly. Above all, I aimed to deliver an experience that was as seamless and intuitive as possible.
PROBLEM
This was not going to be your typical AI website.
A reinvention of career matching.
The job market was flooded with generic platforms. However, our challenge was to create a tool that truly personalized the search for both job seekers and recuiters, taking into account unique user skills, goals, and industry trends.
The solution was to design a platform with smart algorithms and intuitive templates that aligned with individual career paths — bringing along its own set of challenges and specific demands:
Rapid onboarding demands. Job seekers needed an intuitive experience to create high-quality CVs quickly and efficiently.
Complexity in matching algorithms. The system required precise filtering to align candidate skills with relevant job listings.
High customization requirements. Employers sought specific criteria, while users needed personalized CV templates.
Limited dynamic functionality. Ensuring real-time job matching with a static website posed unique challenges.
CHALLENGE
Transform a resume creation and job search process that would normally be complicated and full of manual steps into a web-based platform, making it as intuitive, error-free and attractive as possible.

Building this platform required navigating multiple challenges. The need for a fast and seamless onboarding process led to the creation of an intuitive user experience, allowing users to quickly build their resumes with minimal effort.
Crafting a precise skill-matching algorithm was another key task, ensuring that job offers aligned closely with users’ abilities and career goals. This aspect was critical for providing relevant job matches and improving the overall user experience.
Personalization played a crucial role as well. The platform was designed to enable users to customize their resumes to fit different styles and requirements, adding a high level of flexibility that set it apart from standard job search tools.
Finally, overcoming the limitations of dynamic functionality pushed me to find creative solutions for real-time interaction, even with the technology’s constraints. Every step in this project was about turning complex issues into streamlined, user-focused solutions.
